What grades do you stock?
We offer three different grades for our stainless steel rods; rods up to 50mm are available in grades 304 and 316, while rods over 2” come in grade 303.
303 has a higher proportion of sulphur than other grades, which means it has good machinability but is not quite as resistant to corrosion. It’s commonly used for nuts and bolts, aircraft fittings, shafts and gears.
Grade 304 is incredibly durable, with high corrosion resistance.
