Can you offer a guaranteed delivery time?

Due to the sheer number of orders we process, we can’t guarantee a delivery time. However, please feel free to contact our customer service team and they will do everything they can to get your order to you when you need it.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, absolutely. You can collect your order from our site in Nottingham, if it suits you better than having it delivered. We are happy to take payment and have the material packed and ready for you to collect.

Are you able to polish or anodise metal?

Yes, if we don’t offer a product online in the finish you’re after, give our customer service team a call and they will be happy to assist you.

What if I can’t find the product I’m after on your website?

Please give our customer service team a call and they will either source what you’re after, or offer a suitable alternative.

Can I amend my order?

Although you can’t amend your order online, our customer service team may be able to help if your order hasn’t already been cut and/or shipped.

Does stainless steel and aluminium rust?

All non-ferrous metals will rust or deteriorate in certain environments, or if they are contaminated with other metals, or not maintained correctly. Our customer service team can advise you on the properties of the metal grades available, but you’ll need to make sure you choose one which is suitable for your application and environment.

What are your call rates if I get in touch over the phone?

Calls to our 03 number cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number when getting in touch using both landlines and mobile phones.
